Since 1993, Help the Hopeful has offered a helping hand to families in the Grant County community who need it the most. A child is battling cancer, a brain tumor, open-heart surgery and any other form of severe illness. The parents are hard-working, juggling multiple jobs to keep up with prescription expenses, transportation costs to and from the hospital and insurance deductibles. But no matter how hard they work, the fight can become too much. That’s when Help the Hopeful reaches out.

While we aspire to help as many families as possible, our donations are distributed with discretion. Help the Hopeful gathers information from local medical professionals to assess each family’s need and the best way to relieve their financial burden until they are strong enough to let go of our helping hand.

When you give to Help the Hopeful, you’re reaching out your hand to these local families directly. We work not as a middle man but a liaison. There are no costs on our organization’s side. The people who keep us running are strictly volunteers. All donations go directly to the families.
